Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Swat Kasham Photography! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following booking policy: 1. Booking & Retainer A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the session. Photoshoot sessions are not considered booked until the retainer is received and a confirmation email is sent. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will forfeit the retainer. If you cancel without rescheduling, the retainer will not be refunded. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their session canceled and retainer forfeited. 4. Weather Policy (for outdoor sessions) If bad weather is forecasted, Swat Kasham Photography will reach out to discuss rescheduling options. Light rain or overcast skies will not be considered for rescheduling unless it affects safety or the quality of the shoot. 5. Location & Travel Travel within 15 miles of Paramus, NJ is included. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside this radius and will be discussed during booking. 6. Turnaround Time & Delivery Standard turnaround for edited galleries is 2–3 weeks. Final images are delivered via a private online gallery. 7. Image Selection & Editing All final images are professionally edited and delivered in high resolution. RAW files are not provided. Additional edits may be requested for a fee. 8. Usage Rights Clients receive personal use rights to all delivered images. Images may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Swat Kasham Photography retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
